Taking Care of Each Other

Recently, our CIA team met and the message Ms. Zimmer's conveyed is one that is appropriate for all of us to remember.  This is such a busy time of the year (see events below).  We never know the load that others are carrying. Everyday our students and colleagues leave their personal lives to come here and put their best foot forward. We don't see the challenges that they may be facing in those personal lives.  Bearing this in mind,  we should always approach each other in a way that leaves them strengthened by our interactions. Let's make sure that we are always picking each other up, taking the time to listen and care for each other.
